1. Who We Are
Beauty Pros Direct is an online directory of beauty professionals operated by Euro L Beauty LLC, 972 East Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34744 ("we," "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and from professionals who list their business, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
When you search or browse: the words, places and categories you search for, and the technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit.
When you use the Contact Us form: your name, email, phone (if you give it), the topic you choose and your message.
When you use the List Your Business form: business name, contact name, email, phone, categories, address, city, state, ZIP code, website, Instagram, hours, description, photos, professional license number, the language you used, your agreement to the Listing Terms, and the date and IP address of the submission.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use a cookie and your browser's local storage to remember your language choice (English or Spanish). We may also use cookies or similar tools that are needed for security, to prevent abuse and to measure, in aggregate, how the directory is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you do, the directory will still work, but it may not remember your language.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to run, protect and improve the directory; show search results; review, publish, update and remove listings; answer your messages; check that a professional holds the license their state requires (the license number is never shown publicly); prevent spam, fraud and abuse; and comply with the law.
If you list your business, we may contact you about your listing. We may also tell you about related services we offer to beauty professionals. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time through our Contact Us page.
5. What Is Public
Once we approve a listing, we show the business name, categories, city and state, and the contact details, address, hours, description and photos the professional gave us. We never show the contact name, email or license number. Photos are not shown in the directory until the listing is approved.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the directory (our cloud hosting provider, our database and file-storage provider, and our email delivery provider), under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us; when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the public or us; in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business; or with your permission. 7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep Contact Us messages for as long as needed to answer you and keep a reasonable record of the conversation. We keep listing information while the listing is active and for a reasonable time after it is removed. When we decline or remove a listing, we delete or de-identify its information within a reasonable time, unless we must keep it for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
8. Your Choices and Requests
To update or remove your listing, or to ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, use our Contact Us page. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request and will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority.
9. Your State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising and profiling. We do not sell personal information. To use any of these rights, use our Contact Us page. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Privacy Appeal," and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and limits on repeated requests. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
11. Children
Beauty Pros Direct is not directed to children under 13, and only adults (18 or older) may list a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
12. Other Websites
Listings may link to a professional's own website, booking page or social media. Those sites are run by others and have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. If we make a material change, we will give notice on the directory before it takes effect.
