1. Agreement to These Terms
Beauty Pros Direct is operated by Euro L Beauty LLC, 972 East Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34744 ("we," "us" or "our"). By using Beauty Pros Direct, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the directory.
2. What Beauty Pros Direct Is
Beauty Pros Direct is a directory that helps people find beauty professionals. We are not a beauty business, we do not provide beauty services, and we are not a party to any appointment, service or payment between a client and a professional.
3. Information Provided by Businesses
Listings are provided by the businesses themselves. We review listings before they are published, but we do not verify every detail and we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or current, including services, prices, hours, availability or licenses. Please confirm details directly with the professional, including that they hold any license your state requires for the service.
4. No Endorsement
A listing, its position in search results or any badge does not mean we recommend, endorse or guarantee a professional or their work. SmartSpa members appear first in results.
5. Bookings and Services Are Between You and the Professional
Appointments, services, prices, payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, results and any dispute are solely between you and the professional. The professional is responsible for their services and for following the laws that apply to them. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any service, product, injury, loss or dispute arising from your dealings with a professional.
6. Listed Professionals
If you list a business, our Listing Terms also apply to you. You are responsible for keeping your listing true and up to date.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: copy, scrape or collect listings or contact details in bulk or by automated means; use the directory or the information in it to send spam or unsolicited marketing; submit false information or impersonate any person or business; post anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights; upload viruses or harmful code; or interfere with the security or operation of the directory. We may limit, suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
8. Intellectual Property
The Beauty Pros Direct name and logo, the design of the site, and the text and graphics we create belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Listing content belongs to the business that provided it, which gives us permission to show it as described in the Listing Terms. You may use the directory for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
9. Disclaimers
Beauty Pros Direct is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the directory will always be available or free of errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Euro L Beauty LLC and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Beauty Pros Direct or your dealings with any professional. Our total liability for any claim related to Beauty Pros Direct will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring it elsewhere that cannot be waived.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. If you keep using Beauty Pros Direct after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
